Documentary Evidence

The Documentary Evidence screen allows users to capture information for documents identified as evidence for the investigation.


Field Name Field Description
Were documents identified as evidence for this investigation? Select from the drop-down whether documents were identified as evidence for this investigation.
Title of document/evidence Enter the title of the document/evidence.
Collected Select whether the document/evidence was collected.
Date and Time collected Enter the date and time the document/evidence was collected.
Brief description of identified documentary evidence (describe what is relevant about this piece of evidence, how it was obtained, etc.) Enter a brief description of the identified documentary evidence.
Please add any additional information not captured above Enter any additional information not captured in the above question.
[ADD] Click [ADD] to enter details for a new piece of documentary evidence. When saved, the details will be added to the grid.
[EDIT] Select the documentary evidence in the table and then click [EDIT] to modify the entry for the evidence.
[DELETE] Select the documentary evidence and click [DELETE] to remove the evidence from the table.
