Follow-Up Actions Taken

The Follow-Up Actions Taken screen allows users to document information about follow-up actions taken in response to an incident during the regional management review.

Field Description

Were follow-up actions completed as a result of this incident? Select from the drop-down whether follow-up actions were completed as a result of the incident during the regional management review.
Follow-Up Action: Select from the drop-down the follow-up action or actions taken in response to the incident.
Description of the Follow-Up Action: Enter a description of the follow-up action or actions.
Completed / Expected Completion Date: Enter the date the follow-up action or actions was completed or is expected to be completed.
Responsible Party (First Name): Enter the first name of the party responsible to complete the follow-up action.
Responsible Party (Last Name): Enter the last name of the party responsible to complete the follow-up action.
[DELETE]

Select the follow-up action and click [DELETE] to remove the follow-up action from the table.

[EDIT] Select the follow-up action and click [EDIT] to modify the entry for the follow-up action.
[ADD] Click [ADD] to enter details for a new follow-up action. When saved, the details will be added to the table.
