Physical Evidence

The Physical Evidence screen allows users to capture information regarding physical items identified as evidence for the investigation.

Field Name	Field Description
Was physical evidence identified, collected, photographed or otherwise preserved?	Select from the drop-down whether physical evidence was identified, collected, photographed or otherwise preserved.
Physical evidence identified	Select the physical evidence identified.
Collected/Preserved	Select whether the physical evidence was collected or preserved.
Date and Time physical evidence collected/preserved	Enter the date and time the physical evidence was collected/preserved.
Brief description of identified physical evidence (describe what is relevant about this piece of evidence, how it was obtained, etc.)	Enter a brief description of the identified physical evidence.
Please add any additional information not captured above	Enter any additional information not captured in the above question.
[ADD]	Click [ADD] to enter details for a new piece of physical evidence. When saved, the details will be added to the grid.
[EDIT]	Select the physical evidence in the table and then click [EDIT] to modify the entry for the evidence.
[DELETE]	Select the physical evidence and click [DELETE] to remove the evidence from the table.
