Preventative Corrective Action
The Preventative Corrective Action screen allows users to capture details regarding preventative corrective action that has been taken to prevent reoccurrence of the incident. This screen is required for incidents of Abuse, Sexual Abuse, Neglect, Rights Violation, and Exploitation when the provider investigation determination is indicated as ‘Confirmed’, and for incidents of Passive Neglect and Self-Neglect.
Only a single preventative corrective action can be selected.
Note: Mandatory fields are marked with an asterisk. You must complete all the mandatory fields on a screen. In addition, some fields become mandatory as a result of your answer to previous fields.
