The SC/MCO/OLTL Investigation Summary page allows users to record the risk mitigation actions that were taken as part of an investigation, what investigation actions were taken, and additional information about the incident gathered as a result of the investigation.
Information must be documented on this page when an investigation is conducted by the SC, MCO, or OLTL.
